Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 14.06.2026

These terms describe how this website handles booking requests for independent Keope partner companies.

1. Operator

This website is operated by Francesco Capriotti, a natural person, with reference address at CC San Blas, Tenerife, Spain. Contact email: timegestioni@gmail.com.

2. Intermediary role

The platform connects visitors with independent partner companies that may provide Keope wellness sessions. The selected partner company is responsible for confirming and fulfilling the appointment.

3. Booking requests

  • Submitting the form creates a booking request, not a guaranteed appointment.
  • The appointment is not confirmed until the selected partner confirms it.
  • The site does not create visitor accounts and booking does not require registration.
  • No payment is taken on the site and no card/payment data is collected.

4. Expiry and cancellation

  • Unconfirmed booking requests automatically expire after 24 hours and may be marked expired.
  • Transactional emails may be sent when a request is received, confirmed, or not confirmed in time / expired.
  • Any appointment changes or cancellations are handled directly with the selected partner after the booking request.

5. User responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information so the selected partner can review and respond to the request.

6. Wellness / non-medical disclaimer

Keope is a wellness method associated with relaxation, posture, circulation and recovery. It is not medical treatment, diagnosis or therapy. The site and partner booking process do not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website operator is not responsible for the independent partner's acts, omissions, availability, confirmation decisions, or fulfilment of the appointment.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise. Any disputes will be handled by the courts determined under applicable law.
